If Ted Chiang, a truly superb creative writer (also; a background in compsci), is happy using the gym robot analogy to explain why using chatbots at university is antithetical to the purpose you're paying money and forgoing paid work to be there then I'm fortified in my view it's a good one.
As always, Ted Chiang is great in this interview.

Such a great milestone to have completed recruitment to the FReSH START trial! I'm so proud to have been a part of such an amazing team ⭐
A massive THANK YOU to all our sites, our wonderful lived experience group and everyone involved in the study! Last week we ended recruitment to the FReSH START RCT. Although we are slightly short of our target, we will most likely have a powered trial due to a consistently high follow up rate.

REDCap's in-built reporting ability is very limited, as I discovered a few weeks ago.

Using the API to read data into R and create your own reports is the exact solution I came to, glad to see others posting about it!
Ever want to check on how your clinical research project is progressing in REDCap? #rstats
Standard RC reports and hand-counting lines not doing it for you?
