The new NSFW button is called LABELS. It shows up when you put an image in a post.
Labeling your NSFW images makes them work with Bsky's built-in moderation system. You won't lose visibility because people who want to see NSFW have it turned on.
It's just considerate, that's all.

Hey. Married queers. Get wills/power of attorney drawn up. If Obergefell falls, you'll need it.
I say this as a widower whose husband died pre-Obergefell. (We married in MA in '04.) Having this documentation in place took one minor stressor away from an extremely horrible situation.
