I attended Citizen Action's Healthcare TownHall tonight. The topic of discussion?

Trump, DVO and other Republicans are cool giving tax breaks to billionaires but NOT cool with giving regular folks tax cuts on their healthcare.
What the actual heck?? We deserve better.

It's time for new representation in Wisconsin's 3rd Congressional District. Emily Berge will work hard for the people of western and central Wisconsin. #WI-03 #VoteBlue
In November, 700,000 Wisconsinites will be without food assistance.

WI-03’s current Rep., Derrick Van Orden, and other Republicans refuse to work with Democrats to re-open the government, fund SNAP, and address the healthcare tax credits set to expire at the end of the year.

Thank you, Jarrett, for your endorsement! I am proud of all of my in district endorsements. My focus is on the voters of this district, and I will always prioritize in district needs over big money or special interests. I have always been community focused and will continue to be in Congress.

Wisconsin will run out of SNAP benefits starting in November, leaving over 700,000 residents without food assistance. Local food banks are sounding the alarm that they do not have the capacity to serve this significant increase. You can find your nearest food bank if you would like to help.
