Damn right. I think the VP is going to do just that and call for a vote. Must pass by a 2/3 vote in both houses.
Your job is to follow the constitution and the Electoral Count Reform Act of 2022 and object to electoral votes cast for candidates who are ineligible under section 3 of the 14th amendment.

If the American people show up on Jan 6 and demand Congress do their job and vote on the 14th Amendment Sec 3. Trump won't be eligible because he needs 2/3rds vote and he can't win. He is an insurrectionist no trail needed.
