Rashida Tlaib: I don't think we would be seeing this if you had endorsed Harris for President. Trump is so much worse for Gaza than Harris would have been. I am still disappointed that you used your voice to sway so many people who might have voted for her. (I know some who were swayed.)

I woke up thinking about Renee Good this morning, because I can't shake the thought that what I saw on the videos was a murder committed in anger after a series of bad choices by Jonathon Ross.

Senators Fetterman and McCormick: What are you doing to get justice for Renee Good?

The Trump era in a nutshell:

Ordinary citizens are holding ICE accountable, while large law firms are doing nothing.

Small businesses are speaking out, while large corporations remain silent.

Independent media show moral urgency, while legacy media reports "both sides."

Note, again, ICE is targeting WOMEN. These men illegally burst into her home because they don't think a woman--especially one with children--will fight back.

These men are predators, just like Epstein & Trump. They see women, especially with children, as vulnerable prey & selectively target them.
A video of ICE agents conducting door-to-door searches today in Minneapolis

The homeowner requests a warrant repeatedly, is told they don't require one, then is told they're getting it, then the agents storm in anyway

They also point a taser at her to try and disrupt filming

The man we watched shoot Renee Good should already be in jail. The videos are clear enough to arrest him. He deserves due process, but not more than that.

On the fifth anniversary of the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the Capitol, the official plaque honoring the police who defended democracy that day is nowhere to be found.

Republicans are refusing to install it, even though Congress passed a law requiring it.

"Iron laws of the world"? Some of America's most important national accomplishments are about leading humanity away from this kind of bullshit.

If we let ideologues like Stephen Miller drag us back into a world where brute force is all that matters, all of us will be less safe.

My favorite tyrant joke: a man comes every day and peers at the front page of the newspaper without buying it.

The newspaper vendor says, "what are you looking for?"
"An obituary."
"Obituaries aren't on the front page."
"This one will be."

It is really, really hard to get your head around the raw hubris of the majority. They really will be destabilizing the operating structure of the entire U.S. government. Why? Because they believe they have a better idea about how the past century should've been done.

Nothing says America First like bailing out Argentina while making healthcare unaffordable for 20+ million Americans.

Or signing an Article 5 protection treaty with Qatar coz they bribed you with a plane, while screwing over longstanding NATO allies.

Folks, I think America First might be a scam.

A WILD ONE: A man broke his leg during an arrest by ICE at a car wash south of L.A.

ICE has held him under 24/7 guard at a hospital, registering him under a pseudonym, for *37 days* without telling him why.

A judge has ordered his immediate release.

A very nice reminder that seems to be pointed directly at one JD Vance, alleged Catholic who does not love his neighbor as himself, doesn't suffer the little children, and is very actively bearing false witness against his [undocumented] neighbors at the moment.

Also, PPB has said ICE thugs in uniforms have been the ones instigating this whole time. They want to stoke any activity they can false label as an "insurrection". We can't play into their hand.
