i'm finding that patients are generally pretty receptive to receiving a flu shot while in the ed. nurses are not actually asking and are instead marking them down as no and declined to get through triage slightly faster, tho. good thing this ehr data is never used for any kind of research,,

uncritical adoption of llm technologies by physicians and other healthcare workers makes it even more difficult to explain ai psychosis ime. universities like iu instructing their teaching faculty to personally use and push students to use ai makes it even more challenging to get the point across.
I had to explain AI psychosis to one of the staff members on the psych ward because she was recommending it to patients. She had no idea and she was horrified.
