The 10% tariff that sets the world back online.
Oh, someone in the thread said Botox is all made in Ireland.
All the artificially skinny and smooth people are gonna riot.
Honestly all Denmark needs to do is to withdraw all Ozempic exports to the US and Americans will finally revolt

If they are not leaked, the Epstein Files will never see the light.
I cannot believe that there's no ONE person with access that hasn't already done it.

I do not want to talk about it, or about baseball at all today, really.
Bo is such a quiet dude. I hope New York (press especially) treats him well.
I want Bo to stay with the Jays.

Need that Hockeyville contest to do its thing.
Submissions are due March 1.
The whole West/Southwest Coast could rally behind them.
I hope they were working on a bid,but if they were not, there is time!

I had a dream last night that he attacked Canada if you're wondering how I'm doing, mentally.

I love reading. I don't even really care what it is, I read all the time (or listen to audiobooks) but I just can't do poetry.
There is ONE poem that I read at age 15 or 16, instantly loved, memorized without trying, and can feel right my soul.
(Poem in alt text - Break, break, break
Tennyson)

All the people wondering where the "2A protect the people from a tyrannical government" folks are in the USA, I got news for ya.
They are on the streets in Minneapolis (and other cities) terrorizing the population.

Just wanna say here:
We had an entire change of government in NL since that MOU was released.

Geez, I put on a random tv show and it has Luke Perry, and Malcolm Jamal Warner.
Tragic.

Who would have thought the "Ford vs Chevy" contest would end with:
"This is Chevy country. On a quiet night you can hear a Ford... employee being reprimanded for speaking out against Dear Leader"

I just had a vivid memory of snack pudding tins of the 1980s and the enjoyment/fear of licking the can to get the last of it.

Rewatching highlights of the inoculation king being slammed into a heap of retirement.
Not going to miss him one bit, but watching that fumble recovery TD and the Pick 6?
Joy.

I'm reading (listening to) a lot of audiobooks and I like female lead detective type mystery stories, but why does every lead female character need to have an uncle who is a priest?

That idiot saying he doesn't want Russia or China taking Greenland.
Yeah Bud.
That's what NATO is all about.
We protect members from aggression.
You are supposed to PROTECT Greenland, not conquer it.
Dipshit.

It's remarkable how often it annoys me that my dog doesn't fully understand English.
The smart one.
The dumb one, yeah, I get it, but the smart one? She should do better.

Watching the recorded Bears game.
My partner is watching it and acting like he doesn't know the result.
"Oh. They need a touchdown here or they're going to be in big trouble".
Lol.
We know.
We know the result.

I'm watching a Wildcard NFL football game.
It's between two teams I don't care anything at all about, and really, what this game seems like is each team taking turns saying "What is the worst decision I can make here, I wonder?" and then doing that.

Problem here is that you think like a normal person and you understand that we North Americans are on stolen land whereas he means "just because YOUR boat landed there once doesn't mean YOU get to keep it. Anything we CAN take and DO take is rightly OURS so, be gone, pesky little moral mosquito."

Totally though he was talking about the US of A.
(He should have been)
The reports of violence, arbitrary arrests, and intimidation tactics by the Iranian regime against its own people are profoundly concerning. Canada strongly condemns the killing of protesters, and urges Iran to allow for freedom of expression and peaceful assembly without fear of reprisal.

You know they don't actually believe Jan 6 rioters were doing the right thing and Renee Good was doing the wrong thing.
They lie.
