I wish my local city council cared about our local streetscape, especially handicap accessible curb cuts. I have a tough time stepping up or down curbs and when I do need to use a scooter, I dislike having to reroute far just to find an accessible curb.

When Government and Business aren't flexible enough in how they define #disability it can make it impossible to get needed benefits and/or jobs.

All cities should hold ICE agents to the same standards as other citizens. If they commit assault and kidnapping because someone is too brown skinned, they need to be held accountable for that.
Mamdani: "My message to ICE agents & to everyone across this city is that everyone will be held to the same standard of the law. If you violate it, you must be held accountable. There is sadly a sense growing that certain people are allowed to violate that law, whether they be POTUS or ICE agents."

The USDA sent an email to grocery stores telling them they are prohibited from offering special discounts to customers affected by the SNAP funding lapse.
I'm aware of at least 2 stores that had offered struggling customers a discount, then withdrew it after receiving this email
