Boy, does this feel familiar. Everyone I know in the creative field is dealing with the ground falling out from underneath them. It's the end of the world as we know it and I (don't) feel fine.

Photo editors who treat photographers as a solution to their problem of having an assignment suck. It’s super shitty for a photo ed to contact several photographers because they live in proximity to the assignment and then give the job to the first person who responds like they won a prize.
