This is a black and white drawing of an owl, often associated with the Celtic goddess Arianrhod. Arianrhod is a figure from Welsh mythology, known for her role in the Fourth Branch of the Mabinogi. She is often associated with the moon, stars, and reincarnation, and her name means "silver wheel" or "silver disc". In Welsh, the constellation Corona Borealis is called "Caer Arianrhod," which translates to "Arianrhod's Fortress". Arianrhod is sometimes depicted as a goddess of fate and fortune, as well as a powerful feminine figure.
