AI bill requires ID checks to use tools classified as AI which could effectively mean anything at this point
And we've already seen with Discords recent breach why making companies collect ID the don't need to is a bad idea.

Protecting young people’s online safety is incredibly important, but to do so by forcing invasive ID checks, criminalizing AI tools, and banning teens from legitimate digital spaces is not a good way out of this. Tell Congress to oppose the GUARD Act today. www.eff.org/deeplinks/2...

That said I'm still super excited, and the stuff I'm getting is still pretty cool for $60
I love winning the CTF at work, being given a $100 gift card for some sick merch, and free shipping, but tariffs are still a thing so I have to pay $60+ in duty fees in order to receive my free package I literally had to earn

In the age of LLMs, it's important to remember our roots. May I (re) introduce the humble Markov chain. It would of course eventually become the LLMs we know today, but in its prime, it provided me with a wealth of enjoyment in the form of Garkov.
