Headline and story falsely claim that the proposed increased Spanish tax on *non-EU residents* buying property applies to "Brit expats". On the other hand, the end of "golden visas" for those buying property (also in the story) would be relevant to potential residents.

There are plenty of labs testing Drinking water to ensure it is safe. We currently lack labs to test water treatment chemicals to ensure they meet the required standards and assure the security of the supply chain.
