My mom's family has had it's 4th death in a year. My grandpa passed last spring, his youngest sister followed him over the summer. My great uncle (that same aunt's husband) passed last fall. As of this morning my parents found my aunt's body (mom's younger sister). I'm so so tired.

With the release of the WoW Midnight Prepatch I picked up an old goal I set down last time I stopped playing. As of now I've completed the goal of unlocking every racial heritage armor! 24/24 done. My last one was a Mechagnome Assassination Rogue. Glad to be done, now to pick a Midnight Main.

I have the worst craving for sushi and it's @spoonee.bsky.social 's fault. She found a spearfishing minigame in Yakuza and we kept talking about sushi. There's AYCE sushi near me for like 40 bucks, which is awesome, but they're closed on Mondays :( Life is unfair.

It was wonderful to finish Heart of Thorns with @whiskeypup.bsky.social From getting him started in the game to through the first expac in less than 2 months is amazing! Time for a short break to immerse myself in WoW because I'm a sucker for class reworks!

One of the (not) fun things about developing an allergy as an adult is one by one realizing that some foods you really enjoy have a small amount of your allergen and you can't change that so you either have to give up the food or deal with the allergic reaction. 🙃Costco's chicken bakes have pork.

I spent more than an hour and a half on the act 2 boss of Octopath Traveler 0. I was 55 turns into the 3rd (and hopefully final) phase. I lost. :( I thought I was overprepared. I was not. I think I'll come back to it later. Maybe some Bravely Default in the mean time.

I'm always a little flattered when I get served ads in Spanish, like, oh you think I speak multiple languages, that's so nice of you. Unfortunately I couldn't converse my way out of a paper bag in anything but English.
