I wonder how much information do politicians have about their voters. Assume that you were a registered Dem and became independent, would they know if that’s because they didn’t stand their ground enough for the minority, or because they went too far left for you?

Been watching The Golden Girls for a bit (my first time), but I can’t watch too many episodes in succession because I laugh too much and my jaw gets tired 🤣
There’s a certain variety of YT vids that use “science” to explain people’s behavior, and every time it’s gotta be one of those psychology “theory” that’s vague af. And this is coming from someone who does social science research in a department that studies human behavior.

I think music for me is more about a composed set of melody that can evoke emotions even without words/lyrics. Lyrics don’t take the central role in my experience but a support role, which explains why I listen to a number of j-pop (anime) songs without issues Lol

As I watched through Haikyu, it also reminded me of World Trigger. If nothing else, I think their approach to the power system is quite similar. That is their power system is pretty grounded and have consistent logic.
Finished the latest movie of Haikyu. It was definitely fun but not as cathartic as some other arcs for me. The ending is pretty emotional for me tho 🥹

I’ve noticed that a lot of people are more tolerant of (or welcome) repetitiveness in games more than I do. I’m a lot less grind-tolerance these days (special thanks to Monster Sanctuary), and I kinda need a consistent progression in the game, or I’ll get bored even if the gameplay loop is fun.
