This saga, honestly. I get that wildlife should not be pets, but the bird is happy with the dog. It's not being maltreated. Perhaps the supreme court needs to look at the thousands of abandoned and abused pets currently residing in pounds and shelters and leave the damned bird and its family alone.

Just read a post on Facebook asking folk to not use a flash when photographing native orchids, especially Sun Orchids as the heat and light interferes with their fertility. Never would have occurred to me so just passing it on.
