It’s exactly this kind of dismal, prejudiced bollox from the Daily Mail that’s got us into the ruinous Brexit mess we’re in. What a moronic response to us rejoining Erasmus and all the benefits that brings. If they’re really worried about cost, they should push to cancel Brexit altogether.

BREAKING: Frontex can be held accountable for human rights violations.

Two landmark rulings by the CJEU, which should be implemented by the Agency and reflected in the amended Regulation.

I will request a debate with Frontex and the EU Commission about the consequences.

Well, this is an utter disaster for science.

This gutting of peer review is very likely driven by Project 2025/OMB/Vought, very likely is about funding junk science, and very likely is coming for #NIH and biomedical research next.

🚨 The EU Commission is tearing down pesticide safeguards that protect our health.

Open-ended approvals. More time for toxic chemicals. Less science. More exposure - for farmers, families, all of us.

This is not simplification. It’s dangerous.

The European Parliament & Council must stop it. Now 📢

Hardly a surprise. Any ‘agreement’ with Trump is just the start of attempts to extort more, as his various tariffs on Canada & Mexico have shown. In that respect, his approach to negotiations is similar to Putin’s. Deals are essentially worthless.
