I own everything in the Fallout 4 anniversary upgrade except for the $19.99 (paid mods?) thing. Why would it be charging me $39.99 for something $19.99? Where's the extra $20 fee coming from?

Is there a word(s) for physical conditions that hurt like hell but get hand waved away like they're nothing?
Like headaches and back pain etc absolutely hurt but everyone else (insurance included) are dismissively like "oh you poor baby"
