I own everything in the Fallout 4 anniversary upgrade except for the $19.99 (paid mods?) thing. Why would it be charging me $39.99 for something $19.99? Where's the extra $20 fee coming from?

I had a hard time thinking up names so I took inspiration from the Germans and their love of compound words
Basically I saw a plaque in a classroom with a last name ending in -rath and added bacon
It wasn't until afterwards that I found out there was a company named Rath and they indeed made bacon
