Trump tanked the stock market and instigated global economic chaos because he thinks he’s a brilliant deal-maker. This isn’t just psychopathic. It’s abusive.

I don't expect any of our major media outlets to acknowledge this outright, but this is the thing: These aren't 'steep' tariffs, these are _insane_ tariffs. These are 'nobody in the White House understands decimal points' numbers. It speaks to total economic illiteracy _throughout the White House_.
There's no question that today's tariff announcement will give the United States the highest tariff rates of any industrialized country. And it's not even close.
