It’s day 73 of the ICE occupation of MSP.

We know that the vigilance, whistles, phones, and community care that thousands of us have practiced over the last 11 weeks are what have led to the ICE retreat announced this morning.

But it’s not over yet. ICE OUT has never meant the end of the surge.

we can't live under a system that profits under cruelty. I don't care what your politics are, this is a fundamental human principle.

This is what ICE does on our streets. This is what they're capable of. You can debate funding in your fancy halls until you're blue in the face. Abolishing them now is the only solution.
This is the aftermath of an ICE kidnapping a few blocks from my home in St. Paul—an hour ago. A quiet street full of broken glass and at least three wrecked cars. The target of the kidnapping was taken away by ambulance. He was on a stretcher and covered by a sheet, though a cop said he was alive.

The U.S. economy is growing and the stock market has soared.

Today's January jobs report showed some growth, but 2025 was one of the worst years for hiring since 2003.

On what really counts to most Americans — jobs and wages — the economy is shitty.

It's just more trickle-up economics.
U.S. added 130,000 jobs in January, but labor market growth stalled in 2025
The Bureau of Labor Statistics found that U.S. employers added 181,000 jobs last year, far fewer than the 1.46 million

even if ICE leaves Minnesota i wouldn’t celebrate because it means they’re going to terrorize other places in full force. we have begun to try to equip others but even then no one truly knows what this is like until they experience it. it’s abolish ICE or nothing. no one is safe if they’re around.

In our deep blue state with a near-supermajority Dem legislature, Dems just helped Republicans make sure that ski towns cannot tax out-of-state tycoons’ part-time vacation mansions in order to fund affordable housing for workers & others who actually live there.

What stage of oligarchy is this?

In a video shared with Palantir employees, Alex Karp did not explain how ICE is utilizing the company's products. Instead, workers were told they can sign NDAs if they want detailed information.

If you study enough U.S. history, you start to see the inhumane policy choices are terrifyingly common. The cruelty is the point and our complicity is carefully manufactured. We cannot be confused and distracted any longer. No children anywhere are safe if these conditions are allowed to exist.

You can extend this perspective further. The system wants us unhealthy and to die young. It's more profitable that way.
Begging folks to realize that ICE enforcement is a mass disabling event.

People are being shot. They’ve been blinded. They’ve been traumatized.

The camps are full of disease.

TB, Covid and measles can all kill but they also disable.

It’s eugenics.
