People are making a big deal out of the way Trump acted towards Mamdani in their meeting and I'm surprised why people are surprised.

What I've found is listeners find us on YouTube and then start listening to us on their preferred audio platform.
Apple Podcasts doesn't even show us to all of the 13,000 people subscribed to us on their platform. It's a no growth platform imo.

I can only speak for my own experience with Cancel Me, Daddy but since we launched on YouTube 7 months ago, we've doubled our average per episode audience.
The YouTube algorithm (and to a lesser extent the Spotify algorithm bonus for video) are the best ways for new listeners to find a podcast.
