Dems had solid majorities under Biden and Obama and they squandered them, leading to Republicans taking over most if not all branches each time.
Obama had a supermajority long enough to enact anything Dems would have wanted. And they didn't. Because of other Dems (ex. Manchin).

I do not support any party. If it were up to me I'd ban political parties (ESPECIALLY THEIR PACs) entirely, and replace the Electoral College with 1:1 ranked voting. No more delegates. No more % based points. 1 vote that gets counted all the way to the end.

Every plan Dems have offered has boiled down to "Just wait for things to work out the way we want them to."
Because Trump attacked Venezuela, he can now be tried in the International Criminal Court in the Hague, even though the US is not a member. Let's see if they have the courage to do so.

I am in no way an expert at geopolitics or economics.
But it occurs to me, that with Trump wanting to break Canada by economic means, and seizing oil production & sales in Venezuela, Canada would be safer if we moved away from selling oil.
Replace oil sales with wind & solar tech.
