Physical therapy for the first time in two weeks. Things are a little unlimber. The estim is drumming and the muscles are twitching and things are slowly easing. Chronic pain is a bitch.

The plan was to Uber to physical therapy because it’s just so cold and it snowed in the night. But all the cars were too expensive and far away, and I was like screw it, cold is just pain leaving your body. So I biked to the train and off we go. My money coach will be so proud.

In science class m, I was pretending to be Phil Donahue running to bring a microphone to an audience member; then I slipped on a puddle and went flying and hit my head on one of the lab tables
What's the most ridiculous way you ever hurt yourself? I got out of the tub, skidded in water and tripped over the toilet. Ankle sprain.

I'm not often given the chance to even seem cool - my very midlife attractions of tiki and yacht rock, plus my general vibe, render me both out of touch and mainstream - but once a very cool friend asked me my favorite Radiohead song and it's "Myxomatosis" and I think I got one (1) cool point.

Unsure why it’s easier for me to do certain work outside the house when I have a perfectly good at home office. But there’s something about seeing a separate location that helps me out so I’m waiting at the bus stop to take me to a coffee location. I will finish this essay today!
