The Dems who caved tonight and cost us our power: Hassan, King, Kaine, Fetterman, Shaheen, Cortez Masto, Durbin, and Rosen

Any Democrat voting for this should be primaried as quickly as possible because they're stupid, aren't capable of recognizing they're winning, are incapable of representing their constituents, and are cowards not up to this era's challenges.
Senate Democrats asked for a year of ACA subsidies and were told to fuck off.

So they came back and asked for a pinky promise to hold a vote on ACA subsidies that they will assuredly lose?

Seriously?
From what I have seen so far this does not seem like a good deal:

can't even pull out a favorite part til I sign my separation letter lol, just read the whole thing.

The Covid Vaccine Situation for the Fall Is a Complete Mess. “If you’re under 65 and not high risk, the window to get a Covid-19 vaccine is right now — before the FDA label changes. Once it happens, access will be limited immediately…” [kottke.org]
The Covid Vaccine Situation for the Fall Is a Complete Mess
Dr. Katelyn Jetelina (aka Your Local Epidemiologist) has a frustrating update on how Covid vaccines are probably going to work this fall under the ideologically corrupt Trump regime. The FDA is expected to license the C

1/ Popping back in with another #fallvaccine update. 👇

In case you missed it, Friday (or soon after) the FDA is expected to license the Covid-19 vaccine. Word is that the label will be restricted to adults 65+ and people at high risk.

But a few organizations have made different recommendations.

Crisis pregnancy centers have long served as the surveillance apparatus of the anti-abortion movement. With both CPCs, which have always preyed on immigrant women, and ICE increasingly awash with gov. funding, I wrote about the rising threats to immigrant communities & how everything is connected:
We Need to Talk About ICE and Anti-Abortion Centers
These groups prey on immigrant women and collect their data. It's not hard to imagine what happens next.

AMEN
Michael Bloomberg couldn’t buy the primary for Cuomo — he had to fight to the finish. Elon’s billions couldn’t buy a Wisconsin senate seat. As long as that ceiling on financial power exists progressives should be bombarding every primary with candidates.

This is absolutely terrible news.

With the shifting regulatory climate (i.e., antivax ratfuckery), Moderna has withdrawn their application for their eagerly anticipated COVID-flu combo vaccine. This vaccine offered better protection than getting each shot separately.

Gélineau advanced the term "narcolepsy" in 1880 while de la Tourette described his eponymous syndrome in 1885. "Autism" was coined by Bleuler in 1911, with full diagnoses soon after.

But what do I know? I'm not the Cabinet secretary in charge of the goddamn Department of Health and Human Services.
