"nearly all the mainstream liberal pundits sounding the alarm about white supremacy, jingoism, xenophobia, and political violence failed to connect these things to U.S. imperial violence"
Twenty-four years ago, after the September 11 attacks, the launch of the “War on Terror” expanded presidential authority, severely curtailed civil rights, and made a mockery of the Constitution and international law.

"Despite the ceasefire, east of the ‘yellow line’ destruction is continuing. The Israeli military is demolishing residential blocks and clearing the land, threatening to transform temporary dispossession into the permanent displacement of Palestinians from more than half of Gaza’s land."
Gaza after the ceasefire is defined by the ‘yellow line’ — drawn by Israel, and dividing the strip in two.

Our evidence suggests that Israel seeks to make the line permanent, as ‘reconstruction’ plans normalise this new stage of Israel’s occupation: frames.forensic-architecture.org/gaza/ceasefire
