Might the case also be made that a Third Amendment challenge to this and other uses of militarized federal agents be read into the restrictions it places on the relationship between the rights of individuals and of federal forces?
Does anyone know off-the-top what federal laws are in play in this situation and why the takings clause isn’t relevant here? Is it because the gov’t is still paying rent?

Regarding the calls for the ability to edit: no!
I did the bare minimum of due diligence to verify that the reposted MOCA sheet is probably legit, and there are definitely variants of the animals.
This one though! I was thinking it was localized for South America, but then I realized that's probably a Pangolin and not an Ant Eater. Asia then?

I was in the first two weeks of a two month VA MST-PTSD inpatient treatment program during the June No Kings Day. I cleared it with my therapist, but I wasn't allowed to leave the VA campus so it'd have been a one Vet rally. I scoured the VA hospital gift shop for sign supplies, and ended up finding

I hear and see your concerns. Over the weekend, a couple users hosted on Blacksky's PDS were banned from the Bluesky app and thus the Bluesky API servers. This was a weakness of our system I've been aware of and hoped we had more time to address before any kind of public incident. 1/11

Between apartment hunting in Chicago this month, Chicago this week, and Bills (SO hard launch alert!) WORST week at work, it felt good touching base with two old friends and making sure we all still had each other's numbers and Signal, and emailing Cory Doctorow to report link rot on their blog.
After nearly a year and a half of trying to get our HOA board to do something about the management company charging homeowners fees not allowed by our governing docs, the management fee schedule in their contract, or Florida statute, the president just decided to hand off their roll to me.
