In this country, everyone is entitled to due process. The Administration wrongfully deported Mr. Abrego Garcia, ignored a Supreme Court order and now they’re acting like their hands are tied. I call BS. It’s time to bring him home.

Ah sucks, he's disappointed, but what can a United States Senator do? It's not like he had any power to do anything about it.
The Senate Democratic Caucus was unified on a ‘clean’ one-month CR that would have kept the government open and given Congress time to negotiate bipartisan legislation. I’m disappointed that our Republican colleagues wouldn’t join us in that effort.

I think some in the Senate have convinced themselves that the backlash to folding will be limited to “the left” and therefore ignorable.
Those people are deeply and profoundly misreading the moment and the stakes.
