Le Royaume-Uni a été l’un des pays européens les plus touchés par la pandémie de Covid. Il a entamé une grande enquête publique pour tirer les leçons de la gestion de cette période. À l’époque, Boris Johnson était à la tête du pays. Un premier rapport sorti l’année dernière avait conclu à l’impréparation des dirigeants. Cette fois-ci, la juge en charge de l’enquête estime que le gouvernement en a fait trop peu, trop tard.
