So Royal Mail lied about delivering my medication today, which means 2 days without any, and 3 tomorrow. Why do AuDHD people have to go through this? The chemist issuing titration meds and the company that diagnoses should provide plenty of meds to cover such eventualities. #AuDHD

I've been awake since 1:15 am, and my ADHD meds had worn off, so I couldn't get back to sleep, and I couldn't take them earlier because then they'd wear off earlier. I'll be glad when the increased dose arrives. #ADHD
