I found myself an autistic therapist who I think is right for me. I'm thankful that I have. The NHS and social services are dangerous. ADHD private services are dangerous. It is a jungle. Thankful to have PiP so I can fund the therapeutic support.

This is bullshit. Nothing in there about helping autistic adults, making sure social services and the NHS are punished if they don't support autistic people. Nothing about putting into law the requirement for care coordinators. Just worthless beige bollocks.

Deliveroo, etc, are so good for autistic people. I just have to give them a number. And there are regular offers of 50% off your order if it is over £20. That offer lasts for 3 orders.

My experience so far on Elvansse for my #ADHD has been this: on 30mg, my racing thoughts decreased, especially at bedtime, but I felt more depressed. Also, I felt it wore off too soon. On 40mg, my anxiety is worse, and my racing thoughts are worse than on 30mg. My blood pressure is slightly up.

So Royal Mail lied about delivering my medication today, which means 2 days without any, and 3 tomorrow. Why do AuDHD people have to go through this? The chemist issuing titration meds and the company that diagnoses should provide plenty of meds to cover such eventualities. #AuDHD
