Their phone line is, obviously, pretty backed up. But I think it's worth registering your displeasure as a customer when a company just decides that work you've done over a decade is going to become completely inaccessible at their whim.

There’s so many series/productions that uses Animate or flash, this is one of the dumbest move for a creative studio to force people to use their Ai software for development. Clip Studio Paint, TVpaint, Blender (grease pencil) and Toonboom are about to be an all high for usage/development.
