I also write and think about food, identity, colonialism, monsters and racism
DEI strengthens organizations. People from diverse backgrounds bring new ways of solving problems and serving people.
DEI isn’t a gift to diverse people. It’s a gift to the orgs that hire us.
But it’s not “game over” for climate.
It’s “game on!”
We must redouble our efforts and change our tactics to move forward with effective somutions.
