I had the same thought - the duty to refuse illegal orders is taught and trained right alongside the fact that we serve the people of the United States to defend the Constitution, not a person. The video said absolutely nothing I didn't hear twenty years ago when I joined the Army.

In normal times, this would be an interesting development because discovery would reveal why they searched the records and what they found, which we still don't know. With this administration, that's going to be a settled $500k gift to those officials who traitorously aided an insurrection.
