Something you can do to ground yourself in these times is reclaim a spiritual practice. Many folks who want a better world see the harms cause by the dominant religious systems and (understandably) have decided to eschew the entire thing. I believe that's a mistake.

Jupiter is the big old oak tree at the edge of the meadow, branches filled with birds' nests and scampering squirrels, acorns feeding the local mammal population, tap root holding firm and wider root system stabilizing the soil for a healthy population of mycelia & earthworms
