At 7am ET it was $57.29 per barrel. At 8am it dropped further down to $55.40 per barrel. And it was more or less hovering between those two points before the pause on Tariffs. But over the past week it had been dropping just like the stock market.

For the US, it can range anywhere between $40-60 per barrel. Russia however is $55 per barrel.

I don't think Trump blink here on the tariffs due to the Stock Market and what not. I think he got contacted somehow by Putin early today because of the price of Oil. Oil refineries have a point where they are no longer profitable if the barrel goes below a certain threshold.
