Tricky one to articulate in words (on a microblogging platform) so might discuss this on a pod instead.

The banners and general vitriol against Levy had me thinking about whether the tone is fair. On the one hand he hasn’t ruined the club’s stature in terms of capacity to compete. On the other…

At this point, I think one of Maddison or Sarr must start every game, because they are the only two midfielders who *always* show for the ball. Numerous occasions today (including throw-ins, FFS) where the player in possession looked up to find no line to a teammate and no one moving into line.

Levy had a hungry young manager, a once in a lifetime forward and several other highly talented players. Arsenal were years behind. He could have dared to do but he chose inaction. We’ve gone backwards ever since and Arsenal are now years ahead. He’s shown us who he is. He will not change.

This is the 3rd atmosphere group to disassociate with the Club this week. All citing the same issues with the culture of control & lack of collaboration at THFC. A Board who forgets where fans fit into the Club matrix (Clue: it’s at the heart) are inviting problems. Viva ROTS 👏🤜🤛

This thread is the kind of discussion we used to have on #MedTwitter ⬇️ before the algorithms and our follow lists diversified off of it.

#MedSky brings it back.

Also: clinically interesting after decades of fear about “frying the pons”!
Honey, stop what you're doing, new hyponatremia research just dropped!

What's it say?

It looks like slow correction is associated with worse outcomes, like death and length of stay!

Was it just a small study?

No, it was a meta-analysis of almost 12,000 patients!
