Even if the imagery were not fascist, it would still be a grossly inappropriate personalization of any government agency, least of all a law enforcement agency that is supposed to uphold the law and constitution impartially and not based on the whims and agenda of one person.

My kid saw a lot of homelessness around Portland, and asked why people couldn't find help. I had to explain to them that in this country - unlike other places - people dont have a right to doctors or social services. Instead our government taxes us to fund war and line the pockets of billionaires.
