As someone who watched my wonderful dad succumb to dementia, I hate that it is mixed in now with 47’s horribleness. People with dementia don’t deserve ridicule, but he makes it inevitable.
Um. Did he forget what happened? The dementia is really, really bad.

Texas' abortion ban has killed another woman.

Let's be very clear: Republicans are killing women. Democrats need to start calling them murderers loudly and often.

Update, they lost! Thank you to SC activists!!
This all-male panel is deciding whether South Carolina women can be charged with murder for their pregnancies — and whether birth control and pro-choice websites stay legal.

This a real thing happening today. Don't look away.

Yup. I haven’t seen a word from @amyklobuchar.com @governorwalz.mn.gov @smith.senate.gov on here about yesterday’s raid in St Paul
Astonishing to stop and realize that, at any given moment, bands of masked men armed to the teeth are storming churches and daycares, terrorizing entire communities—and that most of the country's political establishment barely blinks.

The amount of corruption in the White House is at unconscionable levels. We need some real serious ethics across the federal government.

Not all economists are a holes
Poverty is a policy choice. Concentrated wealth is a policy choice. Inequality is a policy choice. None of it is natural or inevitable. Remember: We have the power to build a system that serves the many, not the powerful few.

Five corporations control 90% of the US media market.

Airlines merged from 12 major carriers in 1980 to 4 today.

Four giants control 80% of meat processing.

A handful of companies control the pharmaceutical industry.

The evidence of corporate concentration is everywhere.

Trump’s billionaire-led administration is slashing resources for students in rural communities, low-income families, and those who need special education. Minnesota will fight back.

NEW: Major police orgs come out against the extremist concealed carry mandate, which would allow many to carry hidden, loaded guns nationwide without training or passing a background check.

It’s dangerous for police and the communities they are sworn to protect.
Law Enforcement Does Not Want a National Concealed Carry Mandate
Police agree that a national concealed carry mandate endangers the public and law enforcement, and allows criminals to hide in plain sight.
