listen, i am not a good source of information for basically anything, you should always seek out the experts, but i feel like i am on solid ground with “do not buy illegal substances with traceable currency”. just an everyday layman’s suggestion here, with some relevant experience informing it.

Here's my idea, a baby step for gun control. If you want to own a gun, you should be required to pass a written safety test and a shooting test. And, just like cars, you should be required to carry insurance on each gun you own.
