While purifiers remove particulates, for ozone & atmospheric chemicals generated by the interaction of particulates & the sun, a separate, large, carbon filter is required. Thin sheets of carbon in purifiers are rapidly exhausted & grossly inadequate

Immune system implications of Covid are being increasingly accepted
New review in BMJ by @nicktsergas.ca: "Why scientists are rethinking the immune effects of SARS-CoV-2"

"People who are unwilling to consider the possibility of immune damage are perhaps driven by a fear of what those answers might mean."

Working somewhere does NOT mean access to data protected by HIPAA, SSA, etc - one must work in specific units & have a business need. Then there can be data elements protected by other rules, eg, substance abuse, HIV - plus there are strict data security rules

Applies to IT staff too
It is darkly hilarious that the US lacks a compulsory national identification card (closest we have is SSN, which is not supposed to be used for ID - says so right on the card) because people go bonkers over privacy and other items, yet this is going on behind the scenes right now:
Trump and DOGE Are 'Trying to Get Around' Privacy Laws to Gather Your Personal Info
Donald Trump and DOGE want access to the personal data and information of nearly everyone in the country, including legal and undocumented immigrants.

Things you may wish to do while you still can:
1. Buy plan B. If you don't need it, you may know someone who may need it. Also, you don't have to be a woman to buy plan B, men can.
2. If you need longterm contraception, now may be the time to get that IUD placed.
Pass it on.
