Alt text needs to convey what is in the image but how flowery or detailed should you be?
Generally, the description needs to match the importance of the image. If the focus of the post is the image, give it a detailed description. If it's just decorative, write that.

I've had Dyscalculia all my life. Was always just told I'd get better at numbers when I'm older (it got worse lmao) and I was brushed off as a poor student.
I asked for help but I was treated as if I was the wrong one. Alone I eventually found ways that worked for my brain to get through math class

Today I took my last Cosentyx dose. It helped significantly for 4 months. Today I'm a lot closer to my baseline again, sadly. I can tell the medication is doing something, just not quite enough anymore. In 4 weeks, I try a new biologic called Bimzelx.
