This confirms that Reform is simply a retirement home for disgraced Tories. Rosindell was investigated by the Met for alleged indecent and sexual assault, rape and misconduct in public office between 2002 and 2009 but the evidence was insufficient to prosecute. He seems a good fit for his new party.

Buying time for Ukraine and EU rearmament/decoupling from US over less critical issues was one thing UK Gov got right. Trump now forcing a break in the alliance: there are no easy or cheap options but cross party consensus on Europe and defence must be part of dealing with this large crisis.

I was held face down tear gas deployed right in front of me and pepper sprayed directly into the eye.
