An international tribunal on TikTok? I wrote for @justsecurity.org on how the Khmer Rouge Tribunal uses TikTok & computational media to engage a large Gen Z society post-Case 002/02, sparking debate on the role of international courts beyond criminal adjudication 🌐📱 #InternationalLaw
Vlogging International Criminal Justice? Digital Optics at the Khmer Rouge Tribunal

To replace the self-fulfilling prophecy that space is “congested, contested and competitive”, we need a new mantra, one that offers solutions: “Communication, cooperation and collaboration”. Check out my Substack this week and say the mantra with me. open.substack.com/pub/spacecit...

It’s such dark times at ANU
Really tough week in the ANU college of arts & social sciences. Committed, respected & highly impactful staff have been told their jobs are no longer & about 30 ppl are facing forced redundancy. It’s come as a complete shock to identified individuals. No consultation, no warning.

ANU announced a newly created position of Chief Risk Officer - worth $500k+/yr - in same email it talked up the $50M+ worth of staff cuts via redundancies, another $50M to come. Also same email staff lectured on being respectful talking about job losses, cuts. 🤯 Schadenfreude
