Chronic pain condition is flaring which is a mahousive pain in the arse (literally) but in spite of it I’ve had a really nice day. :) Would be better if Ips won this game but you can’t have everything.

Done the first part of a thing that causes me enormous fear and distress, comes round every three years and requires me to assertively advocate for myself. I was a very brave girl considering how anxious and miserable I currently feel (considerably better than I was but it’s tenuous). 💪

Had to go for blood tests first thing, so treated myself to a co-op meal deal on the way back. And in classic style, I’ve already eaten it and it’s not even 11am yet.

People are posting incredible pics of the Northern Lights in local Facebook groups. Apparently it could be seen in my village with the naked eye - full on Arctic Circle-type showing. And I missed it. :( Maybe it’ll show up again tomorrow?
