When will the EU take action over Hungary's persistent breaches of EU law?

Today another EU Parliament report has found that the situation has gone from bad to worse in Hungary despite the EU formally launching Article 7 proceedings in 2018.

📢 Amid reports of Rapid Support Forces attacks on civilians in El Fasher, Sudan, the EU and international actors must act swiftly to prevent further civilian suffering.

All those responsible for ongoing atrocities must be held individually accountable.
The RSF must immediately end attacks on civilians and civilian infrastructure and allow humanitarian aid into the city.
On 26 October, the RSF claimed that it had taken control of parts of El Fasher, the last major city in Darfur under SAF control. On 27 October, SAF announced it had withdrawn its forces from the city.

@amnesty.org is appalled at Austria’s deportation of a man to Afghanistan, a country which is not safe for anyone to be forcibly returned to.

International law is clear: no one can be returned to a place where their life will be in danger. Human rights apply to everyone.
