Blanche 1 cup of shelled unroasted pistachios, cool in ice bath, rub with kitchen towel to remove skin. (Or buy slivered)
Blend with 1 teaspoon of neutral oil.
Blend until smooth, stores in fridge for 1 week. Can freeze for 3 months. I scoop it & freeze it for lattes.
