This is actually borderline impossible for me to answer, as some games are fun based on their own merits, while others are heavily influenced by the people you are playing with. I think the most fun I’ve ever had playing a game was either Rock Band or SvR 2007. Neither was due to the game itself.

If a game has co-op implementation, they need to go all-in on it or as reasonably close to that as they can. At a bare minimum, all players should receive story progress and rewards. More of the Strangers of Paradise and Monster Hunter approach, less of the Fromsoft and Rise of the Ronin formula.

The worst part about this is that he lets the dogs roam without a leash because he thinks he’s “the boss”. Beating your animals doesn’t make you the boss. It traumatizes them and in many cases, makes them violent.

One of my neighbors has two pit bull puppies, that he was caught abusing on camera by another neighbor. That neighbor called animal control and of course nothing was done. To make matters worse, the man rarely has the dogs on a leash. This is a disaster waiting to happen.

Dark Souls 1 and the Demon’s Souls remake. Despite oddly enjoying what I played of the original Demon’s Souls on PS3 (about half of the game), I found Dark Souls 1 and the remake of Demon’s to be monotonous and boring as hell. So boring, in fact, that I’ve sworn off buying Fromsoft games.

Monster Hunter Wilds and Street Fighter 6 are both on sale on PSN right now. 2 peak games for less than what most new titles would cost you at launch now. Both are crossplay as well, if you have friends with the games on other platforms. $38 and $20, respectively.

Days like the past couple of days make me glad that I’m incapable of having a large core friend group. I have tons of friends and I’m appreciative of you all, but I do feel like having such a small core group is a boon these days.
