Birds are migrating! If you see sick or dead animals, contact your State’s Department of Natural Resources ASAP! USDA is shut down. My own city neighborhood suffered a mass casualty event of a dozen geese, ducks and swans that hung out at the park ponds suddenly die of H5N1 & your pets are at risk!

I’m sorry I missed announcing the public comment period for the Sect of Ag’s reorg plans. This account is one person in one corner of BARC and the fact I didn’t hear about until it already closed shows this administration has no serious interest in the public input part of American governance.
