Police murder more than 1,00 people every year in the USA for the past decade.
Folks insisting the issue is training & experience ignore the operating reality that the problem with policing in the USA is that ALL OF IT is corrupted & wrong.
It'd behoove folks not to try to minimize those facts.

Jumping in here to point out that most police departments have training that is far more rigorous and rates of use of force that are far far lower than ICE and the CPB. This *isn’t* policing. IMO: It would behoove if folks didn’t conflate them.

I'm looking at most original video (we could find) of the shooting with a forensic expert. Here's what she noticed: it was uploaded to Twitter. Twitter's software reencoded it. It's a "generation loss copy". It has odd frame rate, could be variable; but it's likely missing frames with low bitrate.

I really don't have coherent words anymore. I start to form a sentence and it all ends up as cursing. We need to overthrow this regime, imo. I don't see a peaceful way around any of this
