@slyflourish.com you should be aware of Ray Winninger’s comments on this before you talk about it on the Lazy RPG Talk Show. Polygon got it wrong and other gaming “news” sites just repeated without fact checking. It highlights that a lot of gaming news lack journalistic standards.
I went back and reread this. I suspect this is an article that is making a lot of suppositions without doing the work to validate them.
Good grief. What a read. Polygon on why the Vecna Eve of Ruin adventure (and so much more) fell flat.
