When we first started thinking about an MCDM RPG I said "We need our own VTT." As far as I was concerned, this was non-negotiable.
Once we started talking about it, a ton of people were baffled. "Why would they do that?" Some were openly hostile!

This is incredible.
These are "Full Play" sessions in the Draw Steel Codex. Meaning, at least 4 players for at least an hour. SIXTY full play sessions on 12/7?! That's...that's extraordinary. Something's happening.

Draw Steel is *so* much fun! I don’t normally enjoy games that require a grid for combat, but the combat rules actually made it engaging and meaningful—no misses, no wasted turns. The party dynamic seems really interesting, too. We’re definitely playing again!
Tonight's the night! My friends and I learn how to play Draw Steel! Can't wait to play a High Elf mix of Regina George and Azula.

MCDM makes enough money to pay:
* Good salaries for 11 full time employees
* $0.35/word for freelance writers, AFAIK the industry best
* Good rates for freelance art, layout, editing, sensitivity, etc.
* 5 contract testers + 1 contract community lead, monthly
That seems pretty successful to me.
